Feeding America CEO, Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, visits FeedMore WNY to learn about our impact in the community
Posted: August 31, 2021
In advance of September’s Hunger Action Month, Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, Feeding America CEO, joined us for a tour of our facilities to learn about our programs and our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her stop was part of a tour of food banks in New York State, taking the opportunity to learn about our home-delivered meal program, container farm initiative and other programs unique to FeedMore WNY.
We thank Claire for her visit, meeting with our staff and for emphasizing how important our work is to the larger focus of feeding those in need.
