Volunteers needed for emergency list

As the cooler weather arrives and the start of winter draws near, FeedMore WNY is seeking volunteers interested in being a member of the home delivered meals’ Emergency Email List.

Volunteers on the list will be notified, by email, of when there is a last minute need at any one of our home delivered meal sites.

The notifications will detail locations and times where delivery assistance is needed. Volunteers are not obligated to deliver when they get added to this list. Upon receiving the email notification, volunteers who are able to assist should call the phone number listed in the email to indicate their availability.

The emergency call list will be active year round, and all delivery routes will be covered using a first-come, first-served system.
