huddle for hunger helped kick-off football season with a food and fund drive at Bills Stadium on September 18-19, 2020!

The two-day food drive at Bills Stadium featured visits by Bills alumni and entertainment by DJ Milk and The Stampede. Members of the community donated 17,254 pounds of food, making Huddle for Hunger the largest contactless food drive since the start of the pandemic.

The week leading up to the food drive at Bills Stadium featured matching gift challenges from Leonard Bus Company, the London Stock Exchange Group and an anonymous donor. Daily news stories on News 4 Buffalo encouraged donors to support our childhood feeding programs while simultaneously showing off the selfless work of FeedMore WNY volunteers and partner agencies. In total, the matching gift challenges and event raised $17,880.
