The Salon Professional Academy is hosting “Carnevil” from 1 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, at its campus, 2309 Eggert Road, Tonawanda. Student cuts, mini-facials, and special Halloween-themed manicures cost $10, while alumni cuts cost $20. The event will also feature games, baked goods and basket raffles.
